health conscious.

I promised my mum months ago to join Detox Camp with her.
i fulfilled my promise last week. =)
The camp was held at Genting View Resort.
with 99% of Amway's members. i m the 1% ahha.

Well, i was the youngest among those who attended.*wink wink* there were 30+ ppl who attended. but all above 28 years old.
One of the organiser who graduated from Melb U from Nutrition&Dietetics course.
he was giving some info on nutrition which i think i really learnt a lot. :)
All these r juices... our breakfast, lunch, n dinner.
In tat two days, we only drink vege & fruit juices and oso supplements plus protein drinks.
6 juices per day.
Look at all the juices. u will probably scared of drinking juices after that.
hahaha but i m fine with it. at first, it was really hard. cos my itchy mouth kept feels like eating something. =/ but i endured tat!!!! woohooo i feel myself like a superwoman dy ahhaha

3 days drinking just juices almost took my life. =(
so hard. especially when i came home, extremely hard to resist all the temptation from kakak n daddy.

The detox course goes like this---
3 days- drinking just juices
2 days- vege soup/oat/nutritious meal with no oil, salt n starch
2 days- watery porridge/ vege soup

Hahaha!Hence, i need to be extra determined cos i love food a lot a lot. =(=(=(
after 3 days of juices, we cannot straight back to our normal diet. Cos after clearing the toxic, absorption of stomach will become better, so watever food u take it after tat will hav a big effect. So confirm gain more weight if back to normal diet. =/

Experiment!!the first 1 is juz plain water, 2nd water with 1 biji of "Daily" supplement, 3rd Nutritious breakfast with lots nutrients n minerals!
Look at the light bulb! damn cool... hahaha i went to try myself... weeee so cool laaaa hahahah=P


p/s: Amway Amway! hahah juz wanna share something good with u guys *wink wink*
the amount of supplement i take every morning n nite.
but i really feel the difference now! feel energized! ahhahah even when i wanna take nap in the afternoon oso not easy. i feel darn semangat but the body was tired after exercise in the morning. =.=" weirddddd......

Btw, we weighed ourselves on the 1st day of the detox camp. then 2nd day before we go home, we weighed again. mum n i lost 4 kg!!!! weeeeeeee :P:P:P then the next day i quickly go yoga n exercise to maintain the weight hahahah

Last 2 days, i went sing k with Chris n Eileen! (my 1st day start eating solid food)

know wat. this was so tempting! whenever i took one, i put into chris/ eileen mouth, asked them to eat for me. sob sob. then chris gave me a good suggestion. crunched it then spit it out. ahhahaha i really did lo. but kinda weird cos i not used to taking in solid food suddenly. had vege soup for my lunch! weeee

Then i got msg from luilui. Snowflakes!
at first i thought i couldnt eat any of those desserts in snowflakes. then i saw redbean ice. heheh called my mum and she said "Can eat" waaaaa i darn happy!!!! ahhaha the redbean ice was so sweettt!!!! =D heheheh

Today( 3rd day of start eating solid food)
I ate pasta, durian n porridge! arrrgghhhhhhh shittt*
i m going to gym 2moro morning!!! *Determined*

Saturday- Mei Xin's Birthday celebration
Sunday- Melaka one day trip
